Enjoy an evening of storytelling, vivacious rhythms, and a fusion of pop with exotic sounds from Brazil, Peru & the Caribbean with singer-songwriter & pianist Chris Urquiaga!

Chris is an exciting musical artist with a smooth voice who sings his own songs in English, Spanish & Portuguese. He infuses sounds of pop, R&B and Latin music which heavily reflect his Latino heritage.

Chris is proud to return to Blues Alley with his dynamite band! They will make you wanna dance, sing along and sit back as you listen to engaging songs about love, life, drama and desire. Chris and his band will perform some new songs as well as crowd-pleasers including “Gonna Lose Control” (from his “I’m Here” album) and “Complete” (from his “Complete” album).

This electrifying show is not to be missed as Chris has certainly evolved as an artist and as a person since his Blues Alley debut in 2018 for his “I’m Here” CD Release.

Chris has had the honor of performing at renowned venues throughout the U.S. and internationally including The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The Library of Congress, Strathmore, The White House for the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington Commemoration and Conservatorio Nacional de

Música (Lima, Perú). He has performed for historic ceremonies such as the Hispanic Swearing-In Ceremony for the 116th U.S. Congress at the The U.S. Capitol organized by the CHCI (Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute), and The 2019 Edward R. Roybal Gala hosted by NALEO (National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials).
